We partner with Cloud Training Services (CTS) to teach all of our MS Office trainings. Darla Cloud has been teaching computer classes since 1989. She has earned the Microsoft Office Expert Certification, a certification awarded by Microsoft acknowledging her expertise in Microsoft products. Darla is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Technical Trainer. In addition to Darla’s years of teaching, she has over seven years of accounting experience. Darla’s accounting experience and love of teaching help make her an excellent trainer. She has spent years learning tips, tricks and shortcuts that she will pass on during her classes.

Excel Level 1

Class Time: 9AM - 4PM Central Time (45-minute lunch break)

This introductory course is designed for anyone who wants to learn Microsoft Excel from the ground up. Students will learn how to create spreadsheets, enter and edit data, build basic formulas and functions, format worksheets, manage rows and columns, and improve efficiency with keyboard shortcuts. The course also covers printing options, page setup, and an introduction to charts, sorting and filtering. By the end of the class, participants will have the skills to confidently create and work with Excel spreadsheets.

Who should attend: Anyone who wants to learn Excel

Excel to the Max

Class Time: Day 1 & Day 2: 8:30 AM - 4:15PM Central Time (one-hour lunch break plus 15-minute morning and afternoon breaks)

This comprehensive two-day course is designed for intermediate to advanced Excel users who want to strengthen their skills and work more efficiently. Students will learsn advanced formulas and functions, including IF, VLOOKUP, text, and date functions; improve productivity with shortcuts and keystrokes; and use powerful data analysis tools such as sorting, filtering, tables, and PivotTables. The course also covers working with multiple worksheets and workbooks, named ranges, formula auditing, data management techniques, workbook lining, and collaboration features. By the end of the class, participants will be able to confidently manage complex spreadsheets and apply advanced Excel tools to real-world business tasks.

Who should attend: Intermediate to Advanced Excel users seeking to expand their Excel knowledge and efficiency.

Prerequisites: Students should have a beginner-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Cancellation Deadline

The cancellation deadline is 5 business days prior to the class. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute. If you are a "no show" or you do not send a substitute you will be charged full price for the class.

ÐÓ°ÉPro will consider emergency situations such as a death in the family, illness, and weather, and will make every attempt to work with the person in the event of an emergency.
