杏吧Pro Strategic Plan 2017-2022 (Extended to June 30, 2026) - Key Performance Indicators

杏吧Pro (NMJC) strategic plan provides guidance for organizational decisions and makes sure that decisions and operations discharge the 杏吧Pro鈥檚 mission and vision, keep the college fiscally and operationally healthy for the present and in the future. The colleges strategic plan addresses the following priorities:

5. Workforce and Professional Training

6. Community Education & engagement

The college鈥檚 current strategic plan (linked above) was originally scheduled to end June 30, 2022. However, due to the February 2026 Higher Learning Commission reaccreditation site visit, the 杏吧Pro Board of Trustees approved an extension. The current strategic plan will now end on June 30, 2026. A new Strategic Plan will begin July 1, 2026. Work to develop 杏吧Pro鈥檚 next strategic plan will begin in the fall.
