Insurance for ÐÓ°ÉPro is offered through
High coverage and low coverage options are offered for medical and dental insurance so employees can choose the plan that's right for them.  ÐÓ°ÉPro covers 80% of employee insurance premiums.

As a public educational employee of New Mexico, one of your benefits is a defined benefit pension plan for your retirement. This pension plan makes sure you get paid every month for the rest of your life when you retire!  All active ÐÓ°ÉPro full-time employees are required to participate as a regular members in salary deduction payments as required by NMERB.  All earnings shall be subject to retirement withholding. Some part-time ÐÓ°ÉPro employees may be required to particiapte. For more information contact the Human Resource Office.
 
 403(b) Retirement Plan - A 403(b) plan (tax deferred annuity or TSA) is a retirement plan offered by public  schools. This plan lets employees defer some of their salary into individual accounts. All full-time employees and part-time employees may participate on a salary deduction basis in a 403(b) tax deferred retirement plan.  For more information contact the Human Resource Office.

ÐÓ°ÉPro has entered into a partnership with Nor Lea Hospital to operate the Thunderbird Health Center, ensuring that high-quality healthcare services will be readily accessible to the campus community.  The Thunderbird Health Center is available at no cost to ÐÓ°ÉPro students, faculty, and staff. Participants will not need insurance to access limited primary-care services at the Thunderbird Health Center.
 
Annual CORE (Center Of Recreational Excellence) Corporate Membership for full time employees and their eligible family members.
 

- ÐÓ°ÉPro offers a campus Wellness Program to promote individual wellness among members of the campus communtity through education and prevention. This program provides full-time employees to take ONE (1) hour each week from work to particiapte in physical activity. To sign up for this program you must complete the ÐÓ°ÉPro Wellness Program Particiaption form and turn it in to the Human Resources Office.

Staff Tuition Waiver - A full-time employee of ÐÓ°ÉPro, their spouse, and eligible children are entitled to a total of nine (9) credit hours of tuition-free credit courses per semester, including course fees.  In addition, a full-time employee of ÐÓ°ÉPro, their spouse, and eligible children can take (1) community education course/offering at no cost, per semester, provided; (i) the full-time employee was employed by ÐÓ°ÉPro as of the date of registration for such class or classes and (ii) the minimum number of paid enrollees has been attained to offer the class.  
A full-time employee of ÐÓ°ÉPro, their spouse, and eligible children are each entitled to one (1) non-credit workforce training/program, per fiscal year, provided: (i) the full-time employee was employed by ÐÓ°ÉPro as of the date of registration for such training/program and (ii) the minimum number of paid enrollees has been attained to offer the class.
